My hubby loves this thing. I'm really tired of hearing how great it is. Apparently it works like it's supposed too. Very nice quality metal and parts. I think he uses it in his dreams. 😁 I tried it, but with the easiest setting I couldn't squeeze it. I have severe carpal tunnel in both hands. He is constantly raving about how it's helping him get stronger and fit. Said it does a great job strengthening his chest and arms. Ok, his whole body. He uses it for his thighs as well. ( I think that's what he said). 🤔You have to be careful with it because it will fly out of your hands if you don't hold it right. Follow the instructions and you won't have any problems. The grips that cover different areas are nice as well. He loves the different levels of strength. Very challenging. Comes with everything you see in the picture. He said it was very easy to put together. I think I have been replaced y'all. 😉
I'm sure if he wears this thing out, he will have me to buy another one. Packaged very well. Pleased with this product. Excellent quality! No regrets!

This apparatus is really good but i think i over estimated my strength because i went for the 40 plus kilogram resistance so i think guys order the lower resistance machine you'll have a better experience with it what a clumsy idiot i am lol
